The service was adequate and the food was quite good. However, the price was extremely high considering the quantity and quality of the food. In my opinion, it was clearly not worth the price. Another disappointing point: when it came time to pay, the young woman at the register wasn't very friendly or pleasant, especially since I didn't leave a tip. I find it unfortunate that a customer's attitude can change simply because they don't leave extra money.

Very disappointed with this bar/restaurant. The service was slow and disorganized from the start. We had to wait far too long to be served, and when we finally were, the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly. The food arrived cold and was not up to par. I definitely will not be returning or recommending it.

Excellent restaurant, great service

The food was just so bad! We ordered two pastas, one was bitter and salty to the level that it could not be eaten… the other one was also over salty. The white wine was served warm. The waiter even though he doesn’t speak English was very polite and lovely boy. He himself is 5 stars. But this place is waste of money.

Was there at the opening. Very nice place, good food, drinks, service, and the ambiance is superb.

What a huge disappointment! While passing through Beni Mellal, we had chosen to have a drink at La Villa, an establishment we particularly appreciated for its magnificent setting, quality cuisine, and warm atmosphere. A true institution in the city… or at least, it used to be. Just a few days after its reopening, the change is unfortunately drastic. The elegance and refinement that made this place famous have given way to a vulgar, noisy, and particularly questionable atmosphere. Given the atmosphere, we quickly decided not to have dinner there and to continue our evening elsewhere. The table behind us ended up in a full-blown brawl, with an ice bucket transformed into a battleground, while the staff seemed completely incapable of maintaining a decent atmosphere or calming the girl's screams. The most unacceptable thing, however, was the attitude of one of the waiters. When my husband had simply moved a few meters to the bar to pay for our drinks, a young woman invited him to share her bottle of wine. Instead of putting an end to this inappropriate situation, the waiter took it upon himself to play matchmaker, even though he knew perfectly well that we were there as a couple. This demonstrates a complete lack of tact, professionalism, and respect for customers. In just five days of being open, the direction taken by the new owners is unfortunately all too clear. We sincerely hope they will quickly get things back on track, because La Villa has traded its original prestige, elegance, and spirit for an atmosphere that bears absolutely no resemblance to the establishment we knew. A place we used to recommend without hesitation, but one we certainly won't be returning to under these circumstances.
