One day in December 2024, I went to this pastry shop and bought a piece of cake. I didn't have small change, so I gave the man a 100-dirham bill. The man there treated me kindly, spoke to me politely, and said: "If you don't have 3 dirhams, it's not a problem, just pay it next time you visit." I told him that I don't come to downtown Agadir very often, only once in a while. He replied: 'No problem, it's fine." I insisted that whenever I had the chance, I would go to Agadir and pay him what I owed. Today, I went back but didn't find that same man. Instead, I found another person who didn't treat me well, spoke rudely, and even refused to take the money from me. He said: "The one you owe 3 dirhams to isn't always here, we take turns working." And he didn't speak to me nicely, I didn't like it, the owner should fire that man.

A pastry shop is, above all, a story. This one is a true nostalgic gem in Agadir, open since 1964. Over the years, it has preserved the authenticity of its flavors: cakes, petits fours, galettes and shortbread, not to mention traditional pastries. Everything is prepared with care and baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a unique and inimitable taste.

It's a real shame to see a place we grew up with slowly disappearing. You need to review the ingredients used in your pastries and viennoiseries and adjust your prices to the market while offering quality service and products.
