I had an amazing experience at this fish place. The food was incredibly fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

I travelled more than 5,000km between Switzerland and the border with Mauritania and this restaurant in Akhfennir was one of the highlights. The simplest of meals, from the sea meters away. Once you choose your fish, it is weighed and then grilled with slices of aubergine and French fries, and served with fried calamari and lemon. The minimal of ingredients and with such fresh fish, done to such perfection… absolute heaven. Ask for Abdellah and he will take care of you. It is for his service and fish that I have stopped a second time on my journey back… merci Abdellah!

If you’re passing through Akhfennir, this place is a must! The fish is incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned — you can really taste the ocean. I tried the grilled dorade and the calamari, both were top-notch. The service was friendly, fast, and the staff made us feel right at home. Simple place, but full of flavor. Definitely one of the best seafood spots in the region!
