Brunch&Co Essaouira

A wonderful café with very delicious food. I highly recommend trying it, especially the traditional Moroccan breakfast.

I am writing this feedback regarding a very disappointing experience my family and I had today, Sunday, June 14th, between approximately 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM. We are a family of four: two adults and two toddlers. When my wife approached the staff and politely asked if two tables could be joined together, she was repeatedly ignored. The way the staff interacted with us felt extremely rude and dismissive. After waiting for assistance, I pointed to a staff member and asked for help. He eventually came over, but with a very poor attitude, and moved the tables in an aggressive and unfriendly manner that made us feel completely unwelcome. As a result, we decided to leave without staying. What makes this even more disappointing is that my wife and I visited your establishment about two years ago and had a completely different experience. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. That positive experience is exactly why we chose to return with our children today. I am genuinely surprised and disappointed by what happened. For reference, you can review your CCTV footage from the time mentioned above, and I am confident it will confirm everything described here. If, after reviewing the footage, you believe that the way we were treated was acceptable and reflects your standards of customer service, please feel free to reply to this review and let me know. In that case, I will gladly delete this feedback. I hope this incident is taken seriously so that no other family has to go through a similar experience.

★☆☆☆☆ I used to love this place, but this visit was very disappointing. We came with two small children and asked for help moving a couple of tables together. The staff member seemed annoyed by the request, moved the tables carelessly, and didn’t even set them up properly. The whole interaction made us feel unwelcome, so we decided to leave. Customer service was far below what I remembered from previous visits.

Brunch & Co is a nice spot in Essaouira with a modern atmosphere and a good location. The presentation of the dishes is appealing, and the menu offers a variety of breakfast and brunch options. That said, I found the experience a bit overrated compared to the many positive reviews. While the food was decent and the service was friendly, nothing particularly stood out, especially considering the prices. It's a pleasant place to visit if you're in the area, but there are other cafés and brunch spots in Essaouira that offer similar quality and value. Overall, a good experience, but it didn't quite live up to the hype.

Ordered tajine with meat balls. Was not cooked in the tajine it was served in so it went cold quite quickly. It tasted bland.

Service not good at all I waited more 20 minutes and server didn't come to take my order

Such a great place, the staff is super helpful as well as the food, very delicious ! Great thanks to Salma for her brilliant service and assistance
