A truly excellent discovery! Maison Serraj Pastry Shop undoubtedly offers some of the best Moroccan pastries: refined, flavorful creations made with high-quality ingredients and genuine expertise. A huge thank you also to Nada for her warm welcome, patience, and invaluable advice, which perfectly guided our choices. Impeccable service and an experience I highly recommend. I bought a chocolate platter this morning and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the cakes! They seem to have been prepared and stored for a long time before being sold... no taste and far too expensive for the quality of the ingredients.

I bought some mini Viennese pastries. Unfortunately, they were mixed up with the ones from the day before. Absolutely no service; I had to wait ages for the girls at the counter to finish their conversations before they even served me.

What a disappointment! This pastry shop, once so renowned for its history, is completely destroying its image. The quality of the products has seriously deteriorated and no longer justifies its reputation. As for the service, it's simply mediocre. The waitresses are unpleasant, don't know how to interact with customers, and—the height of amateurism—are unable to provide the ingredients or descriptions of the cakes they sell. To top it all off, basic logistics are nonexistent: you have to ask and insist just to get a simple bag! Unacceptable behavior for such an establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service, they make you pay for the bag it's delivered in!!! I bought a birthday pie and they got the name wrong. It was too late; we only realized the mistake after it had been served.

I recently bought some Krachels and I was very disappointed, even furious. Since it was for a swab, I asked the saleswoman to choose some nice pieces for me. Unfortunately, I didn't check them in person, and I was very surprised when I saw them: poorly finished pieces, not perfectly round... I'm posting the photos so you can see for yourself. It's a real shame.

The quality is good, but the service needs improvement.
