We visited this place on Sunday morning at 10:30am Although their website states they open at 10:00am., the staff told us they were not open yet, and the way they communicated this came across as unfriendly.

Very disappointing experience at Bleu Ribbon. We placed our order and waited over 40 minutes without receiving any food. Our drinks only arrived after 30 minutes, which was already a long wait. To make matters worse, two tables that were seated after us received their food before we got anything. After more than 40 minutes, we were still waiting for our order with no clear explanation. The lack of service and organization was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we left very disappointed — in the end, we left without ever receiving any food and paid for the drinks.
