I visited this restaurant three times. During my first two visits, everything was fine and I enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, my third visit was extremely disappointing and I left very upset. The waiting time was unacceptable — we waited for more than two hours and still did not receive what we ordered. What made the situation even worse is that we were the first customers to arrive, yet five other families who came after us were served before our table while we were still waiting. The most upsetting issue was regarding the tagine. I was charged and money was taken for a tagine that was never served, never placed on our table, and that I never ate or even saw. I noticed that the staff member handling our table still included the tagine in the bill and took payment for it despite the fact that it was never provided. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. In addition, the juice I ordered during my previous visits had always been high quality, but this time the quality was noticeably poor. Another important observation is that during my first two visits, the manager was present and service was much better. This time the manager was absent, and unfortunately the difference was very clear. It felt like the staff only maintain good standards when management is present. In the manager’s absence, the service, treatment, and food quality were disappointing. I left the restaurant angry and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not experience the same situation.

The food was extremely salty. We ordered Chicken Tajine and Émincé de Poulet aux Champignons. We requested a replacement due to the excessive salt, and although the waiter kindly changed the dishes, the replacements were just as salty.

ribs were meatless and the burger is below average, other dishes were good especially the kebabs
