Bakery Pastry Souissi

There's a major problem with customer service at this pastry shop, which has been well-known for quite some time. The welcome and the way they speak need to be reviewed, especially at the till; I was practically chased away because I didn't have any change on me.

A very bad experience. I came on the second day of Eid to buy pastries, but the service was poor. An employee said to her colleague who was preparing my order, "Why are you giving her so many choices?" I found this disrespectful and left without buying anything. The prices are high, so I expected better service. I hope the customer service and respect will improve.

Pastry shop from my childhood and a simple and friendly coffee and tea room with a lovely terrace (it's a shame it's a smoking area 😔) …

The oldest bakery in town stayed true to itself no renovations kept its authenticity. Highly recommend!!! Lifetime of memories

Hostesses who are seriously lacking in manners! Increasingly low-quality products. We need a complete overhaul!
