I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire medical team in the intensive care unit and the intensive care team at the clinic for the exceptional quality of their care. After my husband's 14 days in critical condition, I witnessed their professionalism, responsiveness, dedication, and sound judgment at every stage. Thanks to their competence and commitment, we faced this ordeal with confidence. I extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ben Houhaourech for his expertise, dedication, and the care he gave my husband. I would also like to warmly thank the entire administrative team for their welcome, availability, and kindness. As a Tunisian citizen living far from home, their support and attention were a great comfort. A special thought goes out to Selma, whom I thank from the bottom of my heart for her kindness, attentiveness, and support throughout this difficult time.

The doctors and nursing staff are competent and professional. However, the billing service is very disappointing. My mother underwent surgery. Normally, she shouldn't have had to pay anything, as she was covered by insurance and the difference was supposed to be covered by our insurance. Yet, before we could leave the clinic, we were forced to pay 8,000 DH. This situation is unacceptable. We felt we were victims of an abusive practice, even though all the necessary steps for coverage had been taken. I hope this situation will be investigated so that it doesn't happen to other patients.

We visited the Atlantic Clinic late Saturday evening and were truly impressed. We were initially examined by a general practitioner. When it became clear that my symptoms were related to my ear, an ENT specialist was called in, who took his time and examined me thoroughly. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt very well cared for throughout the entire treatment. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and professional. As a tourist abroad, it's especially reassuring to receive such competent and prompt treatment. Many thanks to the entire team – I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic!

Horrible experience. Urgent case requiring immediate attention, but the gynecologist wasn't there. After waiting for over an hour, he still hadn't arrived. We finally had to go to another emergency department to get treatment. I do not recommend this facility for any emergency situation.

This clinic has nothing to do with medicine except for charity and handouts. No staff, no equipment, no medicine. I went with my daughter who had severe diarrhea, and there was no Flagyl (metronidazole) available, yet the bill was 700 dirhams. There were no scissors, and as for the one who was supposed to be there, we won't even mention her. She was so rude... May God have mercy on this clinic.
