Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, and I don't recommend it. I went to the salon for a lumbar lift, but the result wasn't what I wanted. I returned the next day respectfully to request a change, but they flatly refused. Then, one of the managers intervened and started verbally abusing me. One of the employees even tried to assault me, all in front of my 7-year-old son, who was terrified by the situation. I never expected a customer to be treated this way simply for requesting a change to a service she had already paid for. Because of what happened, I went to the police and filed an official report. I had hoped for a respectful and professional response, but what happened was shocking and regrettable. I advise everyone to consider this experience before dealing with this salon.
