Absolutely liked everything about this hotel, i.e. location, assistance, and specially the warm welcome by Wassim at the reception who provided us all the needed supoort and helped to easily get around. Again many thanks to Wassim.

It was a wonderful experience at Flower Town Hotel in Rabat. The hotel is very nice, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to Mr. Fettah, a truly wonderful and serviable person who helped me with many things, and also to Akram for his kind assistance.

The only less positive points were the internet connection and the room isolation, which could be improved. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, modern, and very well located. The breakfast, the room was great and confortable. and the staff were very kind and professional A special thank you to the receptionists (I think Wassim and another man) who helped me when I came the day I came; because I had mistakenly booked my stay starting that day but arrived early in the morning around 5 a.m. (before the regular check-in time). They were very understanding and managed to arrange a room for me right away at a good price.

A special thank you also for the receptionist Soumaya and Ibtissam, they were always available helpful and welcoming. And also thanks as well to all the other staff members

Wow what an amazing experience the hotel and spa was amazing the messages are a certainly the hair also. My family have never felt more welcome any where in the world this has been one great experience we loved every part of the team house keeping thank you very pleasant and absolutely amazing floor 2 lady reception staff are definitely 5 star workers the concierge was so helpful. Soumia wow you need a promotion most helpful reception lady I ever met thank you all very much for your help we will certainly be back to visit
