Souffle.Paris Marrakech - Salon de beauté

The salon was magnificent, just like the service itself, which was equally wonderful! A huge thank you to Camille for her warm welcome, her kindness, and this marvelous experience. I am delighted with my experience and I recommend it 100%!

I had a manicure and pedicure at Soufflé Paris Marrakech and am extremely satisfied with my experience. I was assisted by Nouhaila, who really took her time with me and delivered beautiful work with great precision and attention. Additionally, I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The salon is exclusively for women, and this is truly respected, as the doors are screened off. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend Soufflé Paris Marrakech to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and enjoy a moment for themselves. I will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, I clearly requested regular nail polish, not colored gel. On the day of the appointment, the technician even asked me if I wanted regular polish or colored gel, and I replied regular polish because I didn't want to damage my nails. Despite this, she applied colored gel without my consent. I'm not Moroccan and I wasn't familiar with the differences between the products used here. The bottle looked like a regular nail polish bottle, so I thought I was getting regular polish. I only discovered the truth when I got home and tried to remove the polish with nail polish remover. It wouldn't come off, and I realized it was actually gel, which damaged my nails. According to the price list published on their Instagram and Google pages, the services I requested should have cost 890 MAD. However, I was charged 1,130 MAD, which is 240 MAD more than the advertised price. When I asked about the prices, I was told they were available on Instagram. I trusted the salon and didn't check the prices because I didn't expect to be charged for a service I hadn't requested. I felt cheated. I do not recommend this establishment.

A wonderful experience at this salon dedicated entirely to women, where we were pampered, made to look our best, and above all, the staff were truly dedicated to our satisfaction! Thank you to Fati for this magnificent, star-worthy blowout <3

I went to get a hair botox treatment with my mum today and we had such an amazing experience. Camila and Fati were taking care of us, and everything was such a high standard. From the consultation, to the hair treatment, down to straightening and cutting our hair, we were so happy with the results and the experience. We were receiving tea and coffee throughout and it was such a lovely environment handled by lovely people. We struggled to find a hijabi friendly salon in Marrakech, and we were lucky to find that this ticked all our boxes. We are so glad to have found Souffle and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top tier womens only experience!
