I do not recommend this place – avoid it at all costs. I've never taken the time to write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to because I was disappointed. The nail technician I had was disrespectful. I pointed out that she had improperly removed my previous (red) manicure, leaving traces of it on the sides (my new, lighter-colored manicure). She responded in a disrespectful, almost insolent tone. When I arrived, I had asked for a French manicure with chrome polish, and she confirmed it was possible, without ever mentioning a lack of time. I later changed my mind about the chrome polish. Once the French manicure was finished, I wanted to see how it looked with the chrome polish and politely asked if it was still possible. She then got up and told me she didn't have time, that she already had her next client. And above all, high prices for a service that doesn't live up to expectations. Kindness is free, and you certainly can't refuse it when you're trying to run a business like this. A word to the wise 😉

Avoid at all costs! Terrible work and appalling customer service. I had my nails done at this salon and the gel peeled off. When I asked for a repair, they refused to do it for free and demanded an additional 50 DH. Even worse, they completely ignored my calls and WhatsApp messages. When I went there in person, the manager flatly refused to see me. They sent a junior manager who clearly didn't understand the business, who confidently told me it was "normal" for gel to peel off after 3 weeks... They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or their silence. This is unacceptable for a salon that claims to be professional. I absolutely do not recommend it; the work is sloppy and the service is nonexistent!

Eliza ❤️I've been to this lash artist several times now and I'm always satisfied! My lashes look beautiful, neat, and natural. They last a long time, and nothing falls out prematurely. The treatment is always comfortable, and the lash artist is attentive and meticulous. I definitely recommend them!

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called several times to make an appointment. After three attempts, I finally got an answer and was given an appointment for the day after next. The following day, I received a message to confirm the appointment, but being busy with work, I didn't reply. They tried to contact me two more times: once by phone and once by message, but I couldn't answer. Following this, I received a message saying my appointment was canceled without any valid explanation, even though less than three hours had passed between the first attempt and the cancellation.

The quality of the service was abysmal. 600 dirhams for asymmetrical eyelashes that disappear in 15 days.
