Riad Itrane

We had a wonderful stay with friends! The riad is magnificent, a complete change of scenery in a very warm and typically Moroccan atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive to its guests, and the owners are lovely! The breakfasts and meals are as wonderful as the riad itself; we thoroughly enjoyed them. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and hope to return myself someday! Caroline and Raphaël

Staff, design and location are fantastic. We stayed 4 nights and couldn't be more happy. The staff were so polite and attentive and made us feel very well looked after. The Riad itself is beautiful, we loved coming back to it after a day exploring The Souks. It's location is great as it is in the heart of the Medina but yet is quiet and peaceful, it is only a couple minutes walk and you are in the action. I found when looking for a Riad there are many beautiful photos, but the staff here is what makes he difference. You will be taken care of! Our room was also upgraded for our honeymoon! Thank you very much, we had an amazing stay.

Riad Itrane exceeded our expectations. The staff was so genuinely friendly and they did a wonderful job accommodating our needs. They provided city maps and guidance, made lunch reservations for us, and were so helpful with our very early morning (4:45 am) departure by providing breakfast, a porter and airport transfer (at an extra cost). We had dinner at the riad our first night and the food was absolutely outstanding! Breakfast each morning was different and delicious. The beds were comfortable, the room was well-appointed, the shower had great water pressure, and the property is just gorgeous. I corresponded with Charlotte in the weeks leading up to our trip and she was always very responsive and helpful in coordinating logistics and providing very clear and helpful directions to the riad. Overall, I would 1000% recommend this riad - it made our stay in Marrakech so wonderful and memorable!

Stunning Riyad in the heart of Marrakech, located in a safe neighborhood. Riyad Itrane exceeded our expectations. The design and attention to detail make it feel like you are staying in a palace. There are many places to catch some sun and relax. Making it feel very private and relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious and changed daily. Staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Thank you Riyad itrane! We will definitely come back.

Riad Itrane first appealed to me as it had a pool. After booking I had some issues with my credit card but the owners were more than helpful and were patient while I sorted it out. When we arrived for our 5 night stay in Riad Itrane I was pleasantly surprised that this Riad was exactly as described and we were greeted with beautiful staff, complimentary mint tea and lots of useful information. Our room was excellent, spacious and was a beautifully decorated and appointed room with everything we needed. The building is a gorgeous old building that has been renovated in a stylish manner with that unique Moroccon feel. As well as an excellent pool the riad has a number of different roof terraces at different levels that you could sit and soak up the sun. The way the terraces are placed meant that you could get privacy at many different spots. The view of the city from up there is also amazing. The staff at the riad were excellent, helpful and offered us many options to take up such as organising tours, massages and dinner reservations. They also organised to get our laundry done from previous weeks of travelling. Breakfast was excellent and everything provided was so well cooked and filled us up for the day ahead. The room was immactulatly cleaned and restocked everyday and the feeling of being in a safe and secure environment was a real bonus. This riad was definatley the highight of our stay in Marrakech.

Riad Itrane is perfection. From the second you walk in to the building to the moment you leave, you will feel completely welcome and at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is wonderful and fresh. The pool (which has a wave machine!), the patios, and the terraces are relaxing during the hot summer afternoons. The staff (Abdou and Abdel) and owners (Patrice and Charlotte) continuously went above and beyond to help take care of us, especially for the two days while we were sick! Let me tell you... if you have to be sick in Marrakech, this is the perfect place to have to stay inside for 48 hours! When we left after 4 days, it felt like saying goodbye and see you soon to family. Thank you, Riad Itrane ❤️

Absolutely stunning place! Loved it's authenticity and design. All my family was staying there in the beginning of April and it was just perfect. All staff really took care of us, I personally felt like a little princess. They sorted all our trips and entertaiments which was very helpful expecially that Marrakech is quiet difficult to handle on your own as a European tourist. Breakfast every day with many different options, really enjoyed late time dinner with freshly cooked traditional food. Very happy about the service and definitely coming back next year! I give 5 stars, but if I could I’d give 10, this is how good this road is. The staff is so nice, genuine, polite, helpful and sweet. The riad is excellent, as soon as the door was open was like I was entering Eden. It offered a weird feeling of calmness which I have never experienced before anywhere else. I’ll definitely go back to Marrakesh and definitely staying in Riad Itrane
