The hammam is great, the woman who does the scrub and soaping is nice, her name is Meryem

I visited this hammam recently. The staff are kind and welcoming, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The hammam was cold, which made it uncomfortable, and there was no proper place to change clothes. Overall, the service needs better organization and training. Also, the reality is very different from what is shown on their Instagram. I hope they improve these points in the future.

I highly recommend it! The manager is very professional and kind. The hammam was excellent, as was the massage. The hair coloring, pedicure, and manicure were very satisfactory. And when we learned it was a birthday gift, the decorations were included, along with chocolates upon arrival and herbal tea and chocolates after the hammam. You feel pampered like a princess! ❤️ Thank you so much!

Nice setting, friendly staff. We went for a hammam, beauty treatment, and nail services... The hammam experience was good, decent, the lady was kind and friendly, except she complained about the tip we gave her (even though it was normally included in the price of the service). The beauty treatment was perfect! The beautician, Safae, was kind and professional! The nail service was okay. I went to have my gel removed and get a new one done, but they didn't have the necessary equipment to remove the gel I had on my nails, so it was a bit painful when they took it off. The gel they applied didn't last a day and unfortunately, I lost it... The girl who did our pedicure was also perfect and professional... I still recommend this salon for the effort the staff puts in and their kind and warm welcome!
