Despite reading some negative comments, I wanted to share my own perspective. It’s common for people to post reviews mainly when they’ve had a bad experience, while those who are satisfied rarely take the time to write something positive. My experience with Dr. Radhi and the clinic has been good overall. I don’t really understand many of the negative remarks, every clinic can face small issues sometimes, but that doesn’t reflect the overall quality of care. I’ve personally seen professionalism, kindness, and good follow-up.

HamdoAllah, I had a great experience with Dr. Radhi and his medical team. I came all the way from USA. Miss Badiaa is the best.. she loves her job and cares about her patients. She still check on me to see the progress of my the surgery. I will give her 5 stars for treating me very well. She is also very knowledgeable about her carrier. Dr. Radhi is a very good doctor. He is friendly and respectful.. he treated me very well. He is also skilful. Dr. Benni, is so funny and friendly. He breaks the ice with his jokes and lovely attitude. Most of the nurses are kind and friendly especially the night team. Shout out to Zahera and Botaina.. they are my night little angels. The clinic needs some minor improvements but overall my experience was amazing! Thanks to everyone who helped me and was nice to me and my family members while going through this experience

I am a pre medical student in america, hoping to specialize in oncology. My great grandmother got her gallbladder removed and unfortunately suffered severe complications following the procedure, which I know for a fact could have been prevented. 3 months later , they now want to diagnose her with cancer in the pancreas with NO biopsy, NO PET(Positron Emission Tomography) scans, when asked how they know it’s cancer the doctor responded with “I know from experience”, which is impossible considering a cyst and tumor look identical to the naked eye , even an endoscopy would still not be enough to determine cancer. They don’t want to remove this supposed tumor saying she’d die, which is odd because it’s a doctors duty to remove a tumor immediately if it’s not terminal. Of course , they wouldn’t know if it’s terminal or not because you can’t know with out a biopsy. they want to kill her! how does a doctor who specializes in GI cancer not know how to properly diagnose cancer ! in fact you don’t need to be a doctor, it’s simple logic. this is absurd and mal practice. avoid this clinic if you want your loved ones to live. they only want money. absolutely deplorable people. as a doctor you take an oath to do no harm, but clearly you’ve done the opposite.
