This is the worst experience a person can have

Extremely disappointing experience. The salon was visibly dirty and the hygiene standards were honestly unacceptable, especially for a waxing service where cleanliness should be non-negotiable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making an already uncomfortable experience even worse. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to share my experience with PinkLady Salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past two years, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. The new waxing technician was very unprofessional and missed multiple spots. When I asked her to go slow due to my sensitive skin, she laughed, pulled my skin unnecessarily hard, and teased me while I was in pain, that it got to the point where i started crying because of how badly it hurt. I now have severe bruising (blue and purple marks) around my bikini area from the excessive pressure. When my family tried calling the owner to address this issue, the owner was incredibly rude and hung up the phone right in our faces. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this salon, plus they keep changing the prices based upon how the person looks like; which is incredibly stupid. The waxing room is also dirty, the floor is full of hairs and old waxing, also lots of oil spots on the sofa, quite disappointing. Thank god this happened today, saved me from a lot of infections, and save yourselves from one by not coming to this salon !
