Pharmacie Granada

I had a very bad experience on August 17, 2026, around 10:40 PM, when the pharmacy was on duty. I went to buy medication for a young child, specifically Kalmagaz and Nurodol syrup. I presented a 200 DH note, and I was told categorically that I absolutely had to have the exact change. I understand that a pharmacy might not have change, but the way I was spoken to and the way the situation was handled created unnecessary tension. The medication was eventually dispensed, but I found the service and the way the customer was treated to be far from professional, especially in a pharmacy on duty and when it involved medication for a child. I will also be filing a complaint with the Regional Council of Community Pharmacists of the North to report this situation and request that it be investigated. I am simply sharing my experience so that this type of situation can be avoided in the future.
