The product I was initially looking for was unavailable, and I was recommended Cicaplast Baume B5+ as an alternative. After researching the product, I found that it wasn't really the lightweight moisturizer I had asked for. The next day, I returned with the unopened and unused product. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was met with a rude attitude and comments such as "la caisse sdat" (a French slang term for a cashier). I ultimately left the product at the store without requesting my 218 DH refund. My disappointment isn't about the money, but about the lack of professional advice and customer service.
