An extremely shocking experience. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism and respect from a pharmacist. She rejected a valid prescription, claiming there were erasures, and then spoke to my grandmother with unacceptable contempt, even calling her a "drug addict." Seeing an elderly person leave the pharmacy in tears because of such hurtful words is appalling. A healthcare professional is supposed to support and reassure patients, not humiliate them. This experience deeply shocked me, and I strongly advise against using this pharmacy for anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.

The staff behaved very badly, speaking arrogantly to loyal customers who spend at least 1000 dirhams on treatments every week. They don't even deserve one star; I do not recommend them.

The pharmacist refused payment by bank card for an amount less than 100 DH, even though it was urgent and she was on call.
