Loved every minute of it. As a solo female traveller from Canada, I felt safe and the guide was so helpful and friendly. But the driver (Rachid) was above and beyond. Rachid drove us safely for 24 hours total during the Marrakesh-Merzouga 3 days trip and he was so nice and accepted our music requests along the way. I recommended this trip to friends visiting Morocco soon. Thank you Rachid.

We took the three day trip to Chegaga. If you want this trip prepare yourself for 3 days on the road, riding uncomfortable cars. Let's start with the highlights. The drivers are nice and carry people, ready to help but they do not communicate much because they know only basic English or French. The guides from the sites (2 ) are doing a great job. The first night is in a Berber camp, between some dunes, but not in the desert. The camp looks good, the employees are very welcoming and the food is very tasty. From here you depart after breakfast with 4x4 cars, with less communicative drivers. In the Chegaga camp you will find some dunes. The second night is in a Berber camp near Mhamid. The landscape is nice. Now, the downside: uncomfortable cars, rude tourists singing loudly in the vans or coursing the people they don't know... Tourists made noise in the desert camp all night long despite there was no party ongoing. The weather didn't work for us: sand storm and rain in Chegaga. We were very tired from the road and didn't manage to enjoy the landscape and on top of that it was the bad weather. And one piece of advice for the agency: pay the guy's along the way (drivers and guides) because tourists are not that generous... We prefer to pay more for services and know that everyone is happy with what they get and they are not expecting something for their service. It's just an opinion.

I did 3 days' trip to Merzouga desert, really good trip, long distance but worthwhile since is possible to see many things of traditional Moroccan culture not only the main sites. Interesting visit to natural Dades gorges and UNESCO heritage Ait Ben Haddou, starry night in desert camp and sunset among the dunes from the top of the camel. The only bad note are the average touristy restaurants for lunch, not so good. Very special THANKS to our driver guide Jamal who was really professional and helpful in all that we needed other than inform us about local Berber culture, so precious! Well arranged and small group (8 people).

What a trip, what a memory!! I usually don’t take multi day organized tours but glad I did this time. It was a sudden plan and I didn’t have time to DIY. Hence went ahead and did the reservation with get your guide for this tour. Everything was very well organized, loved the canyons, Sahara desert, ait-benhadou. I am a vegetarian and surprising they arranged vegetarian food every where for me. I felt good taken care of. We slept in tents in desert. There were local musicians who kept entertaining us with Berber music untill late night, ofcz u were free to go if u wanted to go in ur tent & sleep. But trust me the ambience & music would not let you go and there is nothing to regret. We went in November and hence the nights were cold somewhere around 8 degree Celsius. But there was sufficient arrangement to keep us warm. Our driver Hicham was nice and very accommodating. He kept explaining things enroute and allowed us to play our songs which was a bonus. The night at Sahara camp is a must experience for everyone , the live Berber music, the food, the star gazing..loved it all. Tried my hands on the Berber drums and was given a short training on spot. In total it was an amazing experience. If you are in Marrakech , do not think twice. The only recommendation to tour operator I would give is to think how to make return journey less tiring as it’s a long day. May be consider including some tourist spots on way return or an option to take flight back to Marrakech at additional charge. That would make this tour even better as we all were too tired on day 3 during our return journey In total don’t miss ; it’s worth investment of time and money. The experience is going to stay forever with me.

I took 3 days 2 nights desert tour few days ago started from 24/1/2020 to 26/1/2020 for €105 per person. The tour was amazing, me and my wife were surprised for what we paid have the luxury service. A very special thanks to our hard working and very funny driver Eddih Hicham, not only he gave us all the details for what we will do on that morning/afternoon (very organised), but also he knows when and where to stop the car for coffee/toilet and stop for taking nice photos. He drove the van very safe and always very entertaining. Which made us few very happy and I don’t feel the journey was long from Marrakech to Sahara Desert. My tour details is attached as in the A4 paper, as provided from the travel service when I joined them. I am not going to talk about the tour in details, rather I would like to talk about the hotel and the food. The first night we were stayed at Hotel Bougafer, Hotel itself may be a 4 star over many years ago, food are amazingly delicious for both dinner and breakfast. My room not the best, but stay one night is just ok for a bed with shower. In the desert, the Berber tents was luxury for us, me and my wife occupied entire tent with proper comfortable and warm bedding. We were surprised that the toilet is just within 10 steps, like next door and is very clean, and have sink to wash our hands. Of course there are no shower facility available in the desert, but we’ve got led lights throughout entire camp even in the toilet. For what we paid, it is more than what I expected. I would personally recommend this travel service if they continue provide the same quality of tour 😃 I know there are many travel agents in Marrakesh, some even offer us cheaper around €70 but we didn’t take it. Until this one, we read the google review in details, check the photos from the people joined before and even went to the travel services twice in person and spent 1 hours with them, asked all their details. I didn’t provide a lot of sight seeing photos here as I am not a professional photographer, and I only use my iPhone as my camera. I hope my information provide may help you to decide which one to choose.
