This experience was exceptional. Between the 1-hour Hammam experience and the 1-hour massage, we truly enjoyed every minute. The grounds are absolutely stunning and very private. Clean, friendly staff and nice little touches like mint tea, bottled water and pastries were appreciated greatly. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a 5-star experience in the heart of the Medina!

This is one of the best spas I have been to in my life. We got a hammam (traditional Moroccan bath) and a relaxation massage afterwards. From the service of the staff to the services they provide, everything was phenomenal. We were truly able to unwind and detox from a few days in the city and it was exactly what was needed. Make sure to book ahead of your trip as they are fully booked on the week of. If you need a break of relaxation in the Medina, please check out this space!

An absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I opted for the hamman and serenity massage. Both were fantastic. We arrived an hour before our first treatment to enjoy the pools, one warm, one (outside) cool. Staff were on hand to guide us through the process, and around the complex (which was labyrinthian), with plenty of mint tea and bottles of water to keep us hydrated. We opted to take our treatments together in our private rooms. The ladies providing the treatments were very professional and skilled. The serenity massage was unforgettable and left us both unbelievably relaxed! A must if you have the time in Marrakech.

I had a wonderful experience at this hammam and massage spa. I visited with my mother, who doesn’t speak French or English, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit. They made sure she felt comfortable and cared for, which we really appreciated. The hammam treatment and massage were both excellent—professional, relaxing, and carried out with great attention to detail. The entire facility was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, creating a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. At the end of our visit, I purchased some of their argan oil, black soap, and air freshener to take home, which was a lovely way to remember the experience. Thank you to the whole team for your warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily return.

My wife and I booked their Signature 2 treatment and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had to date. The Spa itself is very clean, serene, and conducive for total relaxation. The therapeutic sessions were nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this hidden gem!
