Extremely bad service, so no matter how good their pastries are, the staff's behavior gives a bad image of the place. Don't get blinded by the good reviews, I don't recommend it.

A Quality Experience with Room for Improvement As a Local, I often visit La Calidad in Casablanca and am always impressed by the consistent quality service. La Calidad is a charming cafe that serves great coffee and delicious food. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The service is prompt and friendly, and the staff is always willing to accommodate your needs. One thing that sets La Calidad apart from other cafes is its unique interior design, which is both stylish and comfortable. The comfortable seating arrangements and cozy lighting make it a great place to unwind after a long day. However, there were a few areas where La Calidad could improve. For example, the menu could be more varied and offer more vegetarian and vegan options. Also, the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other cafes in the area, which could be a concern for some customers. To improve, I suggest that La Calidad expands its menu to cater to a wider audience and offer more competitive pricing. Doing so would help attract more customers and make it a go-to destination for coffee and food lovers in Casablanca. Overall, I had a quality experience at La Calidad and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy cafe to relax and enjoy good food and coffee. Despite the areas for improvement, the overall experience was pleasant, and I would definitely consider visiting again.

Fabulous french bakery in Casablanca. Loved the pastries from here. It was buzzing with people and the staff were very nice and friendly. The vanilla slice here is excellent.

The pastries here are good BUT the service makes the entire experience less than desirable. The staff treats customers as pests, hatefully serving as if they really do not want to be there. It is a real shame as I do enjoy their croissants but I would much rather go to Amoud or even Romandie or even Serraj than walk into a store where my business is not welcomed.
