Honestly, I've been wanting to try this salon for ages, and when I arrived, it took me from 4 PM to 9 PM to get my nails done! What I didn't like was that I was waiting my turn, and people came in after me. When I complained, they said, "Oh, right, they came in the morning and left." This is a lie that everyone knows about... Anyway, back to the work. I got permanent false nails, and when I got home, the polish was swollen and the condition was terrible. I regretted waiting six hours to get this result. People should work with some conscience. Even the ones who charge 40 dirhams for nails don't do this mess. You need to review your service. I'm giving you one star, and it feels too much to ask.

Honestly, unfortunately, the salon has declined significantly. The service is no longer good, the organization is lacking, and there's a constant scramble among the female staff doing the nails. They give the impression that they're working without enthusiasm, as if they're forced to, which negatively impacts the client's comfort. The work is done quickly and without attention to detail. I hope they improve the quality and return to their previous standard. It was a terrible experience, unfortunately.
