I honestly wonder if the reviews are real! I went there last summer, I couldn't remember the name of the salon, until I stumbled across a photo in my gallery. Anyway, worst experience of my life, it's a real shame I can't post pictures. The girls aren't qualified. A simple manicure on my cousin was just awful, and for me, acrylic nails were a disaster, I had them removed the same day, they were hideous. And then, how can I even describe the waxing... humiliating for me. The youngest girl who did it complained about my hair, saying she'd never seen anything like it, and all sorts of other things, even though it was just two weeks of growth. She was so incompetent, I was helping her, and I think she chose to play that card because she was afraid I'd complain, which wasn't my intention at all. I remained friendly and understanding, but she was incredibly mean to me, until we went downstairs and I overheard her talking about my hair to her male colleague, not realizing I understood Arabic... Anyway, I never went back!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I had a lash lift done... the worst I've ever had in my life: no difference between before and after except for the loss of eyelashes on my right eye. What's more, the woman is dishonest and refuses to acknowledge the problem. SCAM! Oh yes: appointment at 11:30 am... the esthetician doesn't arrive until 12:30 pm.

I came to gave a keratin treatment during my holiday due to taking my braids out and having nothing with me to tame my hair. I found this salon online and they were very accommodating from the first message up until the appointment day. I am OBSESSED with the results and will definitely have to come back to Marrakesh just to visit the salon again! Thank you!!!
