Terrible service, no organization whatsoever, avoid at all costs, and I especially don't understand the 5-star reviews? I came there for my aunt and the service is truly deplorable; they just give you the runaround. The price is very high. You have an appointment with Redouane and they tell you nothing, then after half an hour you realize it's his assistant who's there, the same one who scheduled the appointment for a consultation with the so-called specialist Redouane. They treat patients like animals.

I had a terribly disappointing experience at this establishment. The receptionist was unprofessional and spoke very loudly, which made the atmosphere feel hostile. When I called ahead, she explicitly told me that I didn’t need an appointment and that I could simply come in early and everything would be fine. However, when I arrived, she completely changed her story and said that I did need an appointment and that they don’t take bookings over the phone anyway. She wasted our time with conflicting information, and as a result, we left with nothing accomplished. This was especially frustrating because I had a flight to catch the next morning and couldn't afford any delays. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

A very pleasant and competent doctor, he is knowledgeable about his subject, takes the time to explain the situation clearly, and even drew me a little diagram to explain my condition, which I really appreciated. The office is also very well equipped
