15 Oct 2025The doctor refused to see us during working hours, and his assistant insulted the patient, worsening her condition. The quality of service is abysmal, which is unacceptable in a healthcare facility. Without immediate and decisive action, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and the Ministry of Health.
