May God punish you! You're incompetent in everything, and you're making mistakes on top of it. I took my 4-year-old son to the doctor at 11 PM. When they checked his blood sugar, they said it was 2.5 and he needed to sleep. We were in a panic that night. They asked if I wanted to send him to Marrakech or the university hospital. I said the university hospital, but they told me he needed to sleep. When I went there, they told me my son didn't have diabetes. That was a mistake. To be sure, I had him tested, and thank God, everything was fine. Don't rush things; get him checked again. May God heal everyone.

This clinic demands payment for the consultation before even performing it, which is completely unacceptable. Worse still, after paying, we are informed that the doctor is unavailable and that we must wait or come back later. This is clearly an abusive tactic to ensure that patients don't go elsewhere. A total lack of professionalism and respect for patients. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible. A clinic with appalling service. The receptionist chews gum and fidgets in her chair like a five-year-old, her makeup is doll-like, the doctors are off duty, the phone doesn't answer despite ringing constantly, the nurses walk out onto the boulevard in their medical pajamas, no disinfection whatsoever. It's a real shame for the owner of this establishment.

Well, what can I say? They need to work on the reception area, focusing on their interactions with patients and their companions. The clinic's interface is inadequate. There's a lack of guidance, and consequently, very little information is provided to patients seeking services. I speak from experience and hope the managers commit to addressing this. As for the level of service, I have no idea. Since I haven't had access, I can't judge. The interface is to blame.
