ACHARK Clinic Oujda This clinic is a complete disgrace: no professionalism, no compassion, no competence. When a patient arrives with an urgent health problem, they are left to fester until they reach the ICU. They subject them to a barrage of unnecessary tests, often duplicated, because each so-called doctor orders their own tests without checking those already performed. And you have to pay cash before every bogus medical procedure! The prices? Exorbitant! The tests are three times more expensive than at a lab, and a night in the hospital costs as much as a manager's salary in Morocco. Even worse: an elderly person admitted for dehydration or heat-induced weakness is treated like a cancer patient or someone in a coma, confined there for weeks. In Europe, they would be discharged in three days. This clinic unscrupulously exploits the distress of families to extract as much money as possible. No compassion, no pity, nothing human about these people. Talking with someone who had experienced the same nightmare at another clinic, I learned that this is a widespread practice. All the clinics follow this scam. Apparently, it's a powerful institution in Morocco, almost an untouchable lobby. I used to defend Moroccans whose degrees aren't recognized in Europe. Now I understand why. I wouldn't wish illness on anyone in Morocco, especially not in Oujda. Stay away from these clinics; they are inhumane money traps.

They're nothing but savages. The doctor says it's an urgent operation but then immediately goes on leave, supposedly. The nurses are incompetent, just hogging the phone despite their lack of experience, but when it comes to money, they're all over you. My father, who was supposed to come home on Thursday, died on Sunday. They didn't even call us well in advance to warn us. I strongly advise against going there. Avoid them at all costs. May God punish them all.

A very bad experience. The nurses there are disrespectful to patients and their families. No follow-up care. They don't respect patients' privacy. Too much noise, like being in a souk, not a clinic. The doctors don't take the time to explain the situation before and after the operation to patients and their families. Poor hygiene.
