Worst experience ever, I have never seen a hospital in which the nurse does not even know which surgery the patient had, never seen a hospital in which you have to ask almost 7 nurses for the same request again and again and still can't be done!

Customer service is really bad, receptionists have an attitude problem. One of them almost shouted at me over the phone.
