Appointments are important, the practitioner organises his day while a client understands he will be seen at a given time. This practice has no respect for this order. No notification was sent to rearrange or reschedule time in advance. We arrived and waited 20 minutes. When we enquired about the delay. We were informed that the doctor was at a hospital and is on his way and might be another 30 minutes longer. This is unacceptable behaviour and will be highlighted. Tangiers needs services providers to operate in a professional manner.
