From the first sip, the espresso was perfectly balanced — rich aroma, smooth body, and a deep flavor that lingers without bitterness. You can tell it’s made with quality beans and real barista skill, not just a machine doing the work. What made it even more special is the feeling: this wasn’t just coffee, it was a new experience in Southern Morocco. A place that shows how far café culture is evolving here — modern, confident, and done right. If you’re in Tan-Tan and you love real espresso, Café Khatra is a must.
