This doctor is subpar, his treatment is terrible, and I regret going to him. His equipment is very old and unsterilized. I do not recommend him.

The doctor is using a public hospital's reference number. I paid 250 dirhams for a visit, but I was surprised to find that the reimbursement is only 48 dirhams because the doctor doesn't have a specialist's reference number (INPE). Please explain.

The clinic is very run-down, the equipment is old and not sterilized. I went there to have my ear irrigated, and it worked for a bit, then he put it back in. I recommend Dr. Halimi Hamza; it's right next door in the roundabout, and he's much better. The price is the same, 250 dirhams.
