I’m honestly so happy with my experience with Dr. Hafsae bounniyt had Botox done on my forehead, and 10 days later, the result is honestly amazing. My forehead looks so smooth and fresh, but still very natural. What I appreciated the most is that she never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I actually asked about lip Botox and she refused to do it because she genuinely felt I didn’t need it. That really says a lot about her professionalism and the fact that she puts her patients first. She was also extremely gentle and precise. I literally had no signs of injections afterwards — no redness, no bruising, no swelling, nothing. It looked like I hadn’t had anything done. 10 days later, the result is perfect. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely go back to her. ❤️

A human doctor. She is the BEST I can’t thank her enough. She cares about her patients although she would have done what I have asked her and charged me. Also, I want to mention that Radia at the reception is so kind and sweet. I advise you to go there, because they are the BEST. Much love

I booked with Dr Hafsae Bounniyt based on strong recommendations, but her reception team was shockingly unprofessional. It took four full days of repeated calls before anyone answered and honestly, I should have taken that as a warning. When they finally replied, I was given a 10:00am appointment for the following Monday. On the day, I arrived early only to find the Google Maps location is wrong. I called eight times with no answer. Someone picked up at 10:15am and promised to WhatsApp me the correct location but they never did. I eventually found the clinic myself and arrived at 10:20am. There was no apology, no empathy, no accountability. They simply took my ID and told me to wait. At 11:00am, after waiting 40 minutes, I was told my appointment was not actually an appointment because they do not take appointments and operate on a first come, first served basis. This was never explained when I booked. A doctor’s reputation is tied to the team running the clinic and in this case the reception staff showed zero respect for patients’ time or needs. I left without being seen and I strongly recommend finding another doctor if you expect basic organisation and care.

I had a wonderful experience. She was very attentive and genuinely cared about my concerns. She took the time to ask if I had any other issues and provided thorough care for my face, even though I initially came in for a different problem. However, the staff was quite disappointing, showing little respect for appointment times. Despite the excellent care from Dr. Hafsa, the disorganized and disrespectful staff detracted from the overall experience.

Well how many times should I keep going and coming back??? It became a disaster!!! They normally call you before an appointment, but this is just irritating as they told me (me going back and forth because they didn't call for my appointment) you need to pay because you're late without them doing their job. I kept going even they didn't call so I won't have a problem, and they told me that you just have to come back tomorrow and WE WILL CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO ASSURE! Well guess what? After all, I had to pay because I was late, which is not the case, as I had 0 notice or when the appointment will be.
