Alwan Salon de beauté & Esthétique à Fès

I'm so happy with my experience at Salon Alwan! I had highlights done and I'm thrilled with the result, both the color and the overall look. A huge thank you to Mr. Youssef for his excellent work, professionalism, and expertise. He perfectly understood what I wanted. I highly recommend him! ✨

I had the worst experience of my life, a catastrophic result. They damaged my hair. I wanted a simple balayage, and unfortunately, I ended up with fried hair and a different color than what I wanted 😓, and it was way too expensive too 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 big flop …

A botched balayage, the wrong color, and exorbitant prices. It's madness!

A very bad experience; I strongly advise against going to this salon. Before my appointment, I was assured over the phone that my extensions would be …

A huge thank you to the entire salon team, and especially to hairdresser Youssef for his excellent work. I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The cut, color, and style are magnificent. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail make all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, and I don't recommend it. I went to the salon for a lumbar lift, but the result wasn't what I wanted. I returned the next day respectfully to request a change, but they flatly refused. Then, one of the managers intervened and started verbally abusing me. One of the employees even tried to assault me, all in front of my 7-year-old son, who was terrified by the situation. I never expected a customer to be treated this way simply for requesting a change to a service she had already paid for. Because of what happened, I went to the police and filed an official report. I had hoped for a respectful and professional response, but what happened was shocking and regrettable. I advise everyone to consider this experience before dealing with this salon.
