This clinic is a total disaster. My dad stayed there and it took almost 4 months to get the reimbursement. The billing department is insanely slow and no one ever answers the damn phone. I was calling nonstop, like 50 times a week just to get one reply.
They even asked for 15,000 DH before doing anything for my dad, and he had an urgent case.
Also, don’t let the doctors check your family members unless it’s really needed. Most of the consultations my dad had were useless and they still charged 500 DH each. The doctor would just show up, say “how are you doing? lah yjib shifa,” and 500 DH gone.
Check the invoice carefully. Most of it is nonsense, especially the so-called “L’ami” fee, basically 300 DH extra per day for nurse services. These blood suckers would probably charge you for the air you breathe if they could. Keep in mind this part is hors prise en charge, so you won’t get reimbursed. Some of the charges are ridiculous. A total scam.
Now, about the staff. The two guys who kept an eye on my father at night in intensive care were great. The rest of the staff, not so much. Houda, in charge of my medical file at the billing department, needs to stop slacking and actually do her job.
