Seeing some negative ratings It's fair to post a positive one due to the positive experience I had in their ophtalmology service. So far great communication and great service offered

This clinic is a total disaster. My dad stayed there and it took almost 4 months to get the reimbursement. The billing department is insanely slow and no one ever answers the damn phone. I was calling nonstop, like 50 times a week just to get one reply.

They even asked for 15,000 DH before doing anything for my dad, and he had an urgent case.

Also, don’t let the doctors check your family members unless it’s really needed. Most of the consultations my dad had were useless and they still charged 500 DH each. The doctor would just show up, say “how are you doing? lah yjib shifa,” and 500 DH gone.

Check the invoice carefully. Most of it is nonsense, especially the so-called “L’ami” fee, basically 300 DH extra per day for nurse services. These blood suckers would probably charge you for the air you breathe if they could. Keep in mind this part is hors prise en charge, so you won’t get reimbursed. Some of the charges are ridiculous. A total scam.

Now, about the staff. The two guys who kept an eye on my father at night in intensive care were great. The rest of the staff, not so much. Houda, in charge of my medical file at the billing department, needs to stop slacking and actually do her job.

HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. My father passed away just 20 days later.

Had a lens surgery, it was good everything went well, 70% of staff are genuinely nice
That girl imane is so impressive she recalls every patient so confidently and shes nice and responsive, once u get the surgery u get a control same day and another one the day after and another one a week apart and last one i guess a month from now, they dont usually tell u the whoole details u should ask for ur self and be attentive for ur self, they aint so good with organizin time to be honest its kinda messy, tho its a 8/10 overall experience and the surgery was like 16000dh one lens and radio 3000dh
And other stuff u should pay for but this is the big ones and i had surgery with doctor lahcen zafad he is a nice doc.

I’m giving a star because I don’t have any other choice, the worst ER I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional staff. All of them are after your money, nothing will be done until you register and by register they mean pay !!! My relative was sick and everything was wrong from A to Z. Awful experience, it was a real nightmare. I almost forgot, no doctor is available after 4 there’s an intern who thinks he’s the smartest human and for them to call you someone or get a service (radiology) you have to register once again ( you know what I mean) but you’ll never if they will ever come

Clinique Al Madina will make sure you feel like less than human. Especially if you're in too deep with them and they already milked you enough.
