Dr. Chraibi was incredibly kind to me during my recent consultation. I had a worrying dental problem while traveling in Casablanca, and he showed exceptional dedication, referring me to local specialists and ensuring my well-being every step of the way, even though my problem wasn't entirely dental! This speaks volumes about his compassion. If you need emergency dental care in Rome, you can easily contact him, and he will do everything he can to see you as quickly as possible. I have been going to the CHRAIBI dental clinic for 5 years for various dental treatments: treatments, whitening, braces, etc., and I want to express my complete satisfaction with the quality of care and the warm welcome I received. A big thank you to Dr. Chraibi for his professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. He knows how to put his patients at ease. I also thank all the clinic staff, who are always smiling, attentive, and efficient.

Warning: Serious Unprofessional Experience

I went to Chraibi Dental Clinic to fill two of my left back teeth. I was examined by the main doctor, then without any explanation or consent, another person suddenly took over the treatment.

I was told by the assistant that this person was of Sudanese nationality, yet he was not introduced, not clearly identified, and not listed among the clinic’s doctors. His role and qualifications were never explained to me, and I was never asked for approval.

The filling was poorly done, rough, and incomplete. I had to point out a remaining cavity myself. Since the procedure, I feel pain when drinking water, which strongly suggests improper sealing and lack of care.

While on treatment, they took photos of my teeth without my honest permission, claiming it was for internal use.

On top of that, the reimbursement papers contained false/incorrect information starting from my last name, forcing me to travel back just to correct mistakes made by the clinic .

I will be filing a formal complaint with the proper professional entity for all these unprofessional practices .

Be extremely careful who actually treats you. and also be aware of fake reviews, they have become a trend nowadays. Quality is not in decoration or appearances.

I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I called tuesday to take an appointment for thursday 4:30pm, they confirmed.

I called again thursday to confirm again, and the receptionist confirmed that i will enter at 4.30pm.

When we arrived we found people waiting before us

5pm arrived and we were still waiting, when we asked they said they can't do anything and we should not insist like that on time, a joke!
the receptionist can definetly learn some manners and how to answer clients.

I don't recommend.

The doctor skills are great but the reception staff especially the chubby lady, is super rude and unprofessional.

I came to Dr.chraibi for some dental treatments. My expérience was fantastic from thé moment i entered till i left . Thé staff are very co opérative and helpfull. Infection control IS top notch. The endodontic treatments was painless. I highly recommend.
