What to say about this place? Being a picky person in every single thing, I’m rarely satisfied by someone’s service in Morocco. I was looking for a dentist in Casablanca who is highly rated, I looked it up in google reviews and crossed dr. Hamza Sarfi’s clinic! I was like « there is no way 200+ reviews all are scams » the clinic must be good! I called them for an appointment. First impression beautiful clinic, nice staff, great reception! So far so good! Then I went in to meet dr. Sarfi and he was smiling from ear to ear, very welcoming, makes you feel extremely comfortable! Before any treatment he explained to me everything (which is a rare thing to find a doctor that communicates with his patients and explains to them and not treat them like some cows). I also had an appointment with Dr. Ismaily in the same clinic and she is a bliss! Very gentle, considerate and takes her time to get the job done with no pain! Long story short, I was very impressed by the quality of service and staff no one wishes to visit a dentist but in case I had to I know where to go Allah iyassar likoum ❤️

I spent a long time looking for a good dentist in Casablanca, and after reading many positive reviews, I decided to go to Dr. Sarfi. I must say, it was an excellent decision. I needed to treat several cavities and was also considering other procedures, but the doctor was very honest and professional, advising me against those unnecessary treatments. He was always clear, patient, and available, and he answered all my questions politely and professionally.

Something I really appreciated is that he sometimes played the Quran during the treatments, which helped calm down and feel at peace. I don’t speak French, but the doctor speaks excellent English, which made communication easy. Since I don’t live in Morocco, I was in a bit of a hurry, and he was extremely accommodating we finished everything in a short time without compromising on quality.

The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, bright, and located in a great area. The staff was also amazing, from the reception to the dental assistants, everyone was kind and warm. Houriya, Asma and Doha were truly wonderful throughout my entire treatment and I must say that I will miss them ❤️

The only thing to note is that the prices are higher than average, but considering the excellent service and fast turnaround, it’s understandable. The only suggestion I would make is to add the option to pay by card at the reception. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Sarfi ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They truly care about their patients, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable during every visit.
