Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was very mixed. The two ladies who worked on my nails and Wafa’s were extremely rude and bossy. They did not listen to what we asked for, made rude comments, and worked very aggressively. One of them even cut my finger, and blamed me for it , which is unacceptable. Their behavior was very unprofessional, disrespectful and they also refused to do BIAB nails, without proper explanation.
On the positive side, Fadwa was amazing — great customer service, great attitude, and excellent work. She truly made the experience better. Jalil was also very professional, kind, and helpful.as well as the manager at the front disk who was nice and tried her best to help .
Because of the rude and aggressive behavior from the other staff, I would not return unless there are improvements in professionalism and customer care. And I would recommend only fadwa , Jalil and the manager .
