Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was very mixed. The two ladies who worked on my nails and Wafa’s were extremely rude and bossy. They did not listen to what we asked for, made rude comments, and worked very aggressively. One of them even cut my finger, and blamed me for it , which is unacceptable. Their behavior was very unprofessional, disrespectful and they also refused to do BIAB nails, without proper explanation.

On the positive side, Fadwa was amazing — great customer service, great attitude, and excellent work. She truly made the experience better. Jalil was also very professional, kind, and helpful.as well as the manager at the front disk who was nice and tried her best to help .

Because of the rude and aggressive behavior from the other staff, I would not return unless there are improvements in professionalism and customer care. And I would recommend only fadwa , Jalil and the manager .

I came from the UK and dint speak alot of Arabic but compared the the UK this salon is so much better anyway here is the before and after mind u my hair is damaged because of loads of bleaching i did in the past.

I’ve been to this spa twice, first time my husbands aunt brought me here and I loved my experience so much I made sure to come back during my most recent trip. Had the hammam service with Rajaa, massage with Sanaa and pedicure with Nassira. It’s a very modern and clean space and you’re treated with so much care! It’s truly relaxing and you never feel rushed which goes a long way for me! Highly recommended :)

I had the best experience here. I did the royal hamman and the royal head spa. I was helped by Sanae, Hassna, and Rajat and they were beyond helpful and amazing. I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life. I was treated so well and felt like a true spa experience. I had nothing to worry about and I was beyond taken care of. The hamman experience was out of this world. I have never felt so clean and relaxed. And the head spa was so thorough. The staff knew so much about the products and definitely are amazing at their jobs. I would recommend this place to everyone. And I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an amazing mother and daughter’s day!

I had such a great experience at Bold Beauty Lounge! Fati and Nasira were super professional and did an incredible job on my nails — super clean, detailed, and exactly the way I wanted them. Ayoub styled my hair beautifully, and honestly, the results were even better than I imagined. Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. If you're looking for top-notch service in a warm, welcoming space, I highly recommend checking them out!
