I recently visited a clinic in Marrakech for microneedling and acne treatment. When I first arrived, the customer service was okay and the staff were polite. I had read many positive reviews beforehand, which made me feel excited and confident about getting my treatment done there. I had very high expectations and believed my skin concerns would finally be addressed. However, my experience did not live up to those expectations. During the treatment, no numbing cream was applied to my skin, which was surprising and uncomfortable, especially since I’ve had microneedling sessions before and know that numbing cream is usually part of the process. After the treatment, I didn’t see any noticeable results. Given my past experiences with microneedling, I expected at least some improvement, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Overall, I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the service. I paid 750 DH, and for that price, I expected a much better experience and outcome. I feel misled by the positive reviews and believe the service did not match the expectations that were set. This experience has been upsetting for me and my experience wasn’t good.

Saoussen is lovely. She took great care of me, I highly recommend her ♥️. I'm on my second session and I can't wait for the third. The center is clean, well-located, and the reception is excellent. All the girls are friendly, I recommend the salon.
