RAZANE HÔTEL

Razane Hotel? I have had my break fast with my teammates in there . If we are to talk about the service, all of the employees there were friendly, although they should have taken less photos .In such a time as meal time , it is uncomfortable to be repeatedly taken photos of . The food was great: everything tasted as it should taste . The space was neat and clean , and we were able to enjoy our night , with traditional music in the background .

Not good room at all. Services also not so good

Staying at this hotel was an unparalleled experience. From beginning to end, every aspect of our stay was impeccable. The hotel itself is extremely well-maintained and clean, with well-appointed rooms featuring incredibly comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was large, equipped with a spacious and comfortable shower stall, perfect for us. The value for money was exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The floor was sticky. The previous guest's trash was still in the room. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall. On the second day, there were used tissues on the table in my room that weren't mine. There were no towels upon arrival. One day, there was no toilet paper in the room; guests had to get some from reception. The most bizarre thing happened to one of my colleagues. After work, he went to his room. The door wouldn't open, so he went to reception. There, he was told it wasn't his room anymore; he'd been given a new one. His belongings were removed by the hotel staff and moved to the other room while he was at work. The biggest problem was that his valuables were still in the safe, and the hotel staff wouldn't give him access to it. He only got his belongings after waiting about four hours. At breakfast, there was no cutlery to take things like sausage from the buffet; everyone had to use their hands to get the sausage off their plate. Meanwhile, the receptionist manually rearranged the bread slices and other items. All in all, I can only say never again.

Actually, it was okay. However, upon my departure, I was asked for a final payment for the room, even though everything had already been paid through Booking.com and a significantly higher room rate had been applied. Despite extensive communication, I'm still stuck with the inflated costs. The Razane Hotel absolutely must refund the money. Unfortunately, this is unethical business practice.

Top-notch hotel, I highly recommend it! Thank you for the warm welcome; the staff are fantastic, day and night. Cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. I just hope they maintain this level of service and quality. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms is very poor and the service is weak. I made a reservation for three nights and on the first day, the hotel called me to inform me that the reservation had been cancelled?!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The welcome was outstanding and the staff very friendly. Thank you to the whole team, I highly recommend this hotel! 👍 …
