Ordered from here and received the worst food I’ve had in years. Completely inedible. Such a disappointed as the presentation in the photos lead me on. Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered multiple dishes and drinks and even the dessert was appealing. I can’t stress enough how bad it is.

I recently tried Pounds Kitchen, and it was one of the only places I could find that offered a truly delicious vegan falafel wrap. As someone who appreciates good vegetarian and vegan options, this was such a great find. I originally ordered through Glovo, but my order arrived incorrectly. Instead of simply apologizing, the team went above and beyond by personally offering to remake my meal and deliver a fresh one at a time that was convenient for me. That level of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. I’ve also visited the restaurant, and the atmosphere is incredible. It has a modern, upscale feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends, study, socialize, or watch a game. Great food, outstanding customer service, and an amazing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving Pounds Kitchen a try!

I would like to share my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I felt that customers were not treated equally, and the staff seemed to behave differently depending on the person. This gave me the impression of unfair and discriminatory treatment. In addition, some staff members were not polite or professional in the way they spoke to customers. Their attitude sometimes came across as rude and disrespectful, as if they were doing customers a favor rather than providing a service that customers are paying for. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, professionalism, and treating all customers with equal respect.

If you are looking for healthy options, this place is a keeper but what brings up back every time is the service. I am lactose intolerant and I always struggle for no lactose or plant based options in the area. When I asked the staff they did not have it and instead of that being just that, they went ahead to buy it from the outside and prepare my coffee. The next time I went there they happily shared that they added plant based options to the menu afterwards. Very customer scentric, they remember, they listen and grow with their clients. Kudos to the owner, both chefs and the service people👏🏼

The food is a scam! The chicken skewers contained only 3 pieces of chicken the rest was pineapple. And the mix plate for 110dh was just embarrassing and dry. Look at the picture. Sad because the place is really cozy and next to a very popular Gym
