Very good for people who eat gluten-free

The gluten-free Swiss rolls and raisin snails were delicious. This is the first time I've tasted a gluten-free pastry that reminds me of the taste of pastries with gluten; kudos to Bard, he should patent the recipe! Many thanks also to Moustapha, who provides such a wonderful welcome to customers.

I called to place an order, since I'd been advised to pre-order the briouates. Excellent idea… in theory. On the phone, I learned that the chebakia wasn't available—without the slightest idea when it would be. As for the sellou, it was a complete mystery. And the briouates were supposed to be ready tomorrow… then, after consulting the “chef,” they weren't. I must admit I'm impressed by such a level of precision and organization. Opening a pastry shop without knowing what's available or when it will be is quite an innovative concept. The only thing that seems to be truly available is uncertainty. Avoid at all costs.
