The ice cream was of very poor quality, with lumps of ice water present, and its taste was particularly bland. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction at the counter, I was very disappointed by the manager's attitude. He showed no willingness to listen to or consider my complaint and simply left, leaving me to speak alone. I find this attitude completely unacceptable, both in terms of the quality of the product and the way my complaint was handled.

The ice cream is rubbish

I was very disappointed. I ordered a crepe with ice cream and an iced coffee. The ice cream tasted terrible and seemed to be of poor quality. The iced coffee was very weak; it tasted like water with ice cubes. I couldn't even finish the crepe or the drink. I hope you improve the quality of your products, because this experience doesn't make me want to come back.
