Hotel Kenzi Azghor

Favorite hotel to send my boss which I don’t like. The facilities are old from 1980 and you can see the time printed in it. Smell of cigarette, stained bathtub, old towels. Hopefully the service is good and bring the overall experience to good.

Good hotel in the nice city of Ourazazate Morocco. With swimming pool outside, hamman and massage. Rooms are very clean. Only breakfast is a little dissapointing according the price. There is no charcuterie, yoghurt, marmelade...like you used to have. I guess it is a typical Moroccan breakfast with fresh vegetables, eggs made by the servers and croissanterie. It is a quite place so good for a silent night.

The hotel provides WiFi access in the lobby, pool area, restaurant, and rooms. You simply need to connect to the respective area's router using the same password (kenzi2022). Some individuals complained about the lack of elevators. Considering that it is a three-story hotel, I found it reasonable to walk down two flights of stairs if needed. There were complaints about the absence of air conditioning. However, I would like to clarify that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, although it may not be available in the lobby. Personally, I didn't find this to be an issue. The rooms were clean, and I didn't notice any unpleasant odors. The sheets were also fresh and well-maintained. I must commend the staff with a perfect score of 10/10. They were incredibly kind and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of a family. They were always ready to assist with any request. This hotel serves as a relaxing layover for travelers heading to other parts of Morocco. It provides an excellent environment to detox and unwind after a long, tiring journey.

Since 10 days a roundtrip in maroc. And this was a terrible night in this hotel. Very, very noisable at night. Only 2 hours slept. The Consierge said it was the air condition. But we didn't use it at night.... Farther the are many ant's at the room... Stuff is friendly but can't deside anything. No compromise-willingness. The hotelmanager is not present. Pool was ok. Breakfast was minimalistic...

This is more likely the worst place I've ever been .you can also read the other reviews. No internet apart from the lobby .Worst breakfast. No even fruits. Pathetic. Rooms are dirty. Bathroom falling appart. I don't personally recommend even to people that are looking for a cheap accommodation. No aircodition even in the lobby and becomes unbearable hot . Really not recommended to anyone.

We stayed for a night luxurious rooms and had Beautiful Buffet dinner and breakfast in the morning

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the food was amazing.
