If I could give zero stars, I would. To put it simply: - Very cold rooms (air conditioning not working) - There's a bar in the hotel, which means there's noise from drunks until 3 a.m. - Very strong smell of cigarettes (from morning till night) - Insufficient blankets In conclusion, of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the worst. Furthermore, my son got sick from the cigarette smoke and the cold.
We didn't sleep, we just had an aperitif. We were able to sit in the garden and received a very warm welcome. A place to remember for a beer. It's rare to find such a spot in Midelt.
2 nights in this ghost hotel. The toilet flush did not work. Water was coming out everywhere, except from the shower head. The shower tap was under current due to a boiler defect. Not pleasant when you are standing with your bare feet in a wet shower tray and feel "leakage voltage" coursing through you. After complaining to the hotel manager, everyone just shrugged their shoulders, and after a lot of hassle, we got another room. Nothing had been done about the cleaning for weeks. Refilled water bottles were being sold in the bar. So, do not go there.
The price was fair for the hotel. The rooms were clean, and mine was spacious with a bright window. It wasn't very noisy at night. The staff were especially friendly.
A good hotel for a couple of nights while visiting the area. The hotel is good for the price and in a nice, quiet area. There are a couple of shops nearby if you need anything else. There are things to see in Midelt, such as the mines. If you're interested in visiting anything, talk to the staff there and they'll give you great directions. A pleasant hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. A hotel that's part of the history of the Aouli mines.
Large room with balcony overlooking the mountain, no wifi but 4g is available, adequate cleanliness, furniture from the 1990s but comfortable bed, quiet night with no noise, secure parking, friendly staff, price 300 dh for 2 people including breakfast.
I give you a 5-star rating, but I recommend a few minor points from someone in the tourism industry: easy maintenance for added comfort... ensure doors close properly, the toilet flush button is faulty (the water noise doesn't stop after each use, especially at night), minimize the water flow in the shower... in any case, it's still a hotel I would recommend.
Superb welcome. Unbeatable value for money. I recognize Moroccan hospitality!
