Music in the swimming pool Is really too laud and nobody cares

Can’t have an afternoon nap due to the high volume music from outside.

All day same music, please change playlist

Extremely poor service at the restaurant.

We were supposed to stay at Taghazout, our party lasted longer so we had to book dominium last minute and that was a mistake. if you are more into service and perfection, and view, you would be very disappointed. -The check in of a newly married couple took more than 40 min. -the receptionist was very harsh and didn’t give any apology. +we where offered tea while waiting, by someone. +the manager came and was very nice to explain. -my concern of not taking any copy of my ID as per the local authorities law wasn’t taken into consideration. +as honeymoon amenities they delivered to us some fruits and nuts. +the room was nice and clean. -the view was very bad of buildings and trash and parking lot ! -we are two persons but had only one coffee capsule and only one bottle of water. +the breakfast was perfect. The hotel is a 4 star hotel that actually need to change into 3 star, as they didn’t even remember or consider my husband as a return client. Out of personal experience I would not recommend this hotel. Thumbs up to the crepe station girl, she was very nice, smiling and respectful ❤️

A true 4 star hotel by European standards! Super clean, modern and comfortable rooms, great breakfast options and a relaxing pool area. The staff on reception will look after you. Special thanks to Sara for the late check out :)

The loud music in the swimming pool sucks. Too loud and all the day the same. Bad management

Lovely staff who are helpful did take a while for us to be checked in but going by other reviews they do seem to get busy around 3-5pm . We did have issues with air con which was resolved the same night we where asked if we wanted to move room following morning but due to travelling we wanted to sleep in so chose to do so in the night . Upon arrival the room was amazing rose petals and fruit and macaroons for us to enjoy . Nice balcony view of the pool. Only downside is the breakfast could be improved but non the less had an amazing stay
