Great place for stay! Very kind and helpful staff!!! Luggage storage included. Amazon locations. I did not like how loud it was. Other guests entering the hotel are loud, not responding that others are already sleeping. I think staff should put on wall signs to "keep quiet at night "
Nice place, very close to main market. Helpful staff. Towels, air- condition. Good location to visiting medina
A great place for a cheap stay close to the Medina. No frills but better than a hostel and secure.
Mustafa was a very good host. He took care of everything. I was not very satisfied with the room I stayed in the first night, but when I told this, they quickly changed my room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Price performance balance is a very good hotel. Moreover, the location is great. Of course there is noise at night, but I think it was not a sound that could not be tolerated.
I stayed there for four nights, attracted by relatively good reviews. I had a double room, with a private bathroom. The room was small, spartan in appearance, but clean. Simple furniture, big signs of wear and tear everywhere. The doors to the toilet and shower didn't close properly, the light above the sink didn't work. In the shower you don't even have a towel rack. There was a TV in the room, but the remote control didn't work. Anyway, I didn't need it... There was also an air conditioner that seemed quite "tired". It wasn't needed, the temperature in the room was OK. You can't pay by card - another minus. The biggest minus, however, was the noise. The window of the room (old type, so it doesn't isolate well from any point of view) opens onto a narrow canyon-like street, where there are a few other similar hotels and a small shop. Scooters also pass by on the street. It's noisy until late, around 01:00. I stayed on the 1st floor, maybe the 2nd floor would be a little better, although I don't think so. On the positive side, we can mention the location, close to a shopping street and the Jema el Fna market. Also, the guys at the reception are great. Conclusion: The hotel looks better in the pictures than in reality, but it's an option to consider due to the location and the friendly staff. Avoid room 11- a lot of noise (probably all on that side are the same, at least the ones on the 1st floor)
We had a perfect stay budget wise! The hotel had an amazing location and marvelous interior, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, our rooms and the shared bathroom were always clean and refreshed, I highly recommend this place if you're on a tight budget.
Great location good staff. Clean really good location. My only warning is too much noise from guest entering until early hours. Being an enclosed Riad construction noise is enhanced and sadly guests do not seem to understand this. I think at entry by reception there should be a large sign informing guest to be QUIET GUEST SLEEPING! And the reception should ensure they see it and are aware. Even guests at reception can be heard….so good place but not for a great nights sleep.
I enjoyed my stay here at Central Palace only 5 minutes from the square. The a.c. worked well and although no fridge In room the staff were very kind to keep water in the fridge for me. I got a transfer from airport was only 15 euro and went smoothly took me straight to hotel. There are cafes shops everywhere just a step outside. The hotel was full when I stayed end August. I found the staff very helpful and kind. Would recommend a stay here at great value price for location.
